Growth Plan
Levers being pulled now
Solid green: the forecast once the Rock is done.
Every other Growth Lever
Dashed green: the potential if this lever were pulled, reaching its best-practice target in about three months. When the dashed line sits close to the forecast, pulling that lever now would gain little.

Vitals critical to the Growth Plan
Dotted navy: where the Vital Sign is expected to go as the Growth Plan works. You do not pull a Vital Sign; it moves because the levers do.

How these forecasts work
- If nothing changes. Each version of the firm carries its own trends forward 12 months: clients kept and lost, new work from proposals and conversion, hiring when Utilization would pass 85%, payroll, collections and cash.
- With a plan. Each Growth Lever moves only the parts of the model it affects, such as pricing, new work, clients kept, delivery hours or collections, on the timeline its Rock sets.
- Up to four levers. Every lever adds complexity and takes leaders’ time, so two or three is usually right, sometimes four, never five.
- Projections, not promises. Juniper Ridge Advisory and all of its data are fictional, built from patterns we see in real firms and analyzed the way we analyze yours.
